My Roles
Progression and Economy Design:

Collaborate with economy designer to produce loot distribution plans/balanced economy that meet the requests and needs of the world and quest teams

Propose, manage and design loot systems/tools alongside Technical Designers.

Use said tools to set up and manage loot data for the game world

Driving several key player progression topics:

Deliver concise documentation/creative briefs to push for feature validation with directors & alignment with team

Serve as POC to resolve dependencies and mitigate risks across other job disciplines and multiple overseas studios

Maintain visibility of our design needs and provide support for inter-related topics from other cells

Working side-by-side with Gameplay Programmers to implement systems and provide data integration.

Working closely with BI team on data tracking for owned features for purposes of iteration.
